Woman of Honor

Naamratha of India went to her first V-Con in Dubai way back 2004 and since then has sky rocketed to her dreams through perseverance and determination. She worked hard and she worked with passion thanks to those inspiring her non-stop, her role models, her husband Shashi, and her father.

‘As I child, I have observed my father and through him I understood that hard work pays.’ Naamratha recalls her memory of her father. ‘My husband, Shashi helped me see the vision and made me believe that even an ordinary woman like me can be a millionaire by putting efforts in a systematic and disciplined manner in just 3-5 years.’

Growing in the industry is not a walk in the park but, Naamratha makes some of it look easy. She is that good at what she does. But, it wasn’t all easy until she attended her first and most unforgettable ISB experience.

‘Advance ISB was the most unforgettable event when all the tents were full of water and everything I had was wet. The situations we were put in was intense but, it showed us our exact reaction when the markets fall and how we could still rebuild our network starting from zero.’

Today, she puts to use what she has learned from her ISB bootcamp experience. She has not looked back since.

In the future, Naamratha wishes to grow her team GoldenPi all the way to Middle East & Africa by following her personal motto, ‘Doing whatever it takes to make it happen.’
