Sunrises at the back of the hill on the second day and on that day the comrades trekked up the hill to discover one of Bedugul’s oldest holy waterfalls. In one of the most memorable and peaceful reflection, our comrades were taken back to memory lane to pray and appreciate the surroundings they were situated in.

The Aspirants were gathered at the most serene place in Bedugul which was in between the mountains and the lake, creating a very strong positive energy in the surrounding.

Later on the second day, the 250 participants were gathered to learn something about them by going through a process which was fun, creative, yet, nerve wracking. The activity was conducted to develop team work, strategy and to overcome one’s fear.

With a little less than 3 hours of sleep, the tent area on the third day was literally moving as the participants scrambled on their feet to set assembly in the open grounds for the third day marked the start of the most physical challenge there would be on this ISB Bootcamp.

Face paints were put on each and every member of the teams before the battle began for it shall raise the fighting spirit to combat for the most coveted prize. In this activity for the day, the best performing team shall receive a V-Con pass for V-Indonesia 2012 and recognition to serve as an InService for V-Indonesia 2012.

There were 15 teams consisting of 15-16 members and there was only one goal, ‘To be an InService’.  

The fourth day saw a more serious looking participant as it grew closer to a more life changing experience. The lectures and processes grew more intense and more eye opening as they cleanse away their old bad habits which hindered them from progressing towards a brighter future.

Strong emotions had brought about the big picture which the Aspirants needed to see when the Chief has commanded them to overcome their old habits to bring about their new bright selves.

Standing strong and proud, the 250 participants came out of the session hall feeling brand spanking new.
