We had 18 InService for this event: 6 ISB graduates and 12 student InService. We had the pre-event meeting on 13 December to prepare everyone for his or her responsibilities. On 19December, a day before the event, we conducted the testing of the audio and video clips that we will be using.

All InService were asked to report at 9:00am on 20 December to set-up everything and prepare for the registration, which opened at 1:00pm.

Our areas of priority were the security for the V-Ambassadors Associate V Partner Dev Johl, V Council member Girinder Sharma and V Council member Dr. John Jacob. Smooth process of registration and security for participants.
