On 19 December we conducted a pre-event InService meeting at the GCCI Auditorium where we prepared the delegation of tasks and responsibilities. We also discussed the required uniform and the code of conduct during the event. Afterwards, 15 of us went to the airport to welcome Associate V Partner Mahendra Kumar and V Council member Ramesh Babu.

On the day of the event, 10 December, we conducted two meetings: one before the event and one after the event.

All areas covered were of importance, priority was given for the smooth outcome of the proceedings, but the security and escorting was given top-most priority since many speakers were to go up on stage. Music and video was very important a well. The welcome song and video for every speaker was a major highlight and the timing was very important to execute those perfectly.

A minor incident occurred when the power went off for 3 minutes, disconnecting the flow of the training and the audio-visual equipment. However, the A/V team with the help of the security fixed the things & the show got back on track right away.
