The best kind of training for those who are dedicated to service

There is no better way to spend six days in physical, mental, and emotional training than by attending ISB Bootcamp. And from March 4 to 9, 2010, 250 aspiring participants from all over the world responded to their mission order: to learn the true meaning of service and humility by undergoing the toughest yet most rewarding training from The V. With Chief Pathman Senathirajah leading, there was no doubt that one will truly be a changed individual after ISB Bootcamp 4.

In six days, networkers from various countries had to opportunity to learn more about themselves and the real meaning of being a leader. The first challenge of these passionate people was to realize that in order to become a true and responsible leader, one must learn to humble himself and understand the need of a greater, common good. In the function hall of the Seri Dinar Training Retreat in Janda Baik, Pahang, Malaysia, 250 voices rang and swore to commit to the oath of the InService Brotherhood.

The activities, of course, did not end there. And as each day passed, the ISB Bootcamp participants learned to face their fears, weaknesses, and difficulties with their respective groups. But at the same time, these eager and spirited individuals also discovered their own strengths and their capacity for change. It was no easy task, as each process proved to be more gruelling than the previous. But in the end, with inexhaustible zeal, the support of fellow participants, and the guidance of the ISB Core and facilitators, a determined focus was created in each individual, allowing for the success of many in defying and overcoming all that lay ahead. And as another ISB Bootcamp training reached its end, The V, through the InService Brotherhood, once again touched and changed the lives of many.

From the hearts of the 250 participants, indescribable gratitude goes out to the extraordinary individuals whose presence undeniably made ISB Bootcamp 4 the resounding success that it eventually became:
