GRAND LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE IN MUSCAT THIS DECEMBER

Do you have what it takes?

A Leadership Advancement Program and a V Leaders’ Certification Program will take place in Oman at the Ruwi Hotel in Muscat on December 17 and 18 from 9:00am onwards.

On December 17, take part in the Leadership Advancement Program (LAP), a technical training for all leaders who wish to gain more knowledge about the Products, Policies and Procedures of QuestNet. Completion of the LAP is a prerequisite for admittance into the V Leaders Certification Program (VLCP).

Those who complete the LAP may be eligible to join the V Leaders’ Certification Program on December 18. The Program includes training sessions and examinations that test the merit and skills of each participant.

If one is successful, he or she is automatically drafted into the V-ELITE LEADERS pool, an exclusive group eligible for nomination into the V Council.

In order to join the VLCP, you must:

1)    have attended the Leadership Achievement Program
2)    have at least 1.5 year in the business,
3)    have attended Major V Events (VCon & ReVcon),
4)    have been a facilitator for minor events (NSS or own group training), and
5)    be earning at least US $24,000 a year.

Only a maximum of 70 participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The activities will be facilitated by Dinesh Dava. This is an excellent opportunity to gain mastery of our products and become a more effective, knowledgeable, and reliable leader.

BAHRAIN OPENS DOORS TO V-LEADERS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

THE V CONQUERS THE MIDDLE EAST WITH REVCON BAHRAIN



After the tremendous success of V-Malaysia 2009, The V gains more momentum as we gear up for a major 3-day V-event set to change more lives and strengthen the presence of the network in the Middle East: REVCON Bahrain.

This coming 13th to the 15th of August 2009, The V will hold REVCON Bahrain at the Jufair Sports Arena in the capital city of Manama.

The ReVCon is a more specialized training event that focuses on leadership among local leaders. The ReVCon often follows the same content and pattern of execution of training as the V-Con, but with more emphasis on the requirements and the need of the Region.
