Please review the terms and conditions for purchases made from this website. Your placement of
|
|
an order with the online order form constitutes your agreement that these terms and conditions
|
|
apply to the order so make sure you understand them before you place your order.

|
|
Ordering
|
|
|
|
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and
|
|
Sunday are processed Monday morning.
|
|
|
|
International customers are responsible for all local import fees and duties associated with your
|
|
order. Check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs
|
|
delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.
|
|
We will send you a confirmation of your order via email so please ensure you type in the correct
|
|
email address.
|
|
|
|
Import Restrictions
|
|
|
|
Some countries place restrictions on certain imports, and some of these imports are banned
|
|
altogether. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order. In some cases,
|
|
customs officials will confiscate the restricted items, in which can we cannot refund the
|
|
merchandise or the shipping and handling costs. Please take note of the import restrictions
|
|

Jordan
|
–Approval must be obtained from Ministry of Information. Expect delay of 72 hours.
|
|
|
|
|
Kuwait
|
–Approval required from Ministry of Information. Expect 48-72 hours delay.
|
|
|
|
|
Egypt
|
–Subject to censorship. Delay of 3-5 days may occur.
|
|
|
|
|
Saudi Arabia
|
–Approval required from Ministry of Information. Expect delay of 24 hours or more.
|
|
|
|
|
Syria
|
–Subject to Ministry of Information approval. Expect delay of 4-5 days.
|
|
|
|
|
UAE
|
– Maximum of 10 pieces can clear within 4 hours of arrival.
If more than 10 pieces, shipment has to go to Ministry of Information
for formal
|
|
|
|
|
Lebanon
|
–Subject to screening by General Security. Expect delay of 24-48 hours.
|
|
|
|
|
Oman
|
–Subject to censorship board. Expect delay of 24hrs, subject to quantity.
|
|
|
|
|
Qatar
|
–Approval required from Ministry of Information. Expect delay of 48-72 hours.
|
|
|
|
|
Bahrain
|
– Subject to censorship. A maximum of 2 pieces for personal use can be cleared
on the same day. Otherwise, it will be subject to 24-72 hours delay.

|
|
|
India
|
–Subject to censorship board approval.
|
|
|
|
|
Indonesia
|
–Maximum of 10 pieces only. Otherwise subject to censorship,
expect delay up to 2 days.
|
|
|
|
|
Payment
|
|
|
|
We do not begin payment processing until we receive all of the necessary information and full
|
|
payment.
|
|
|
|
Payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays begin on the next business day.
|
|
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
|
|
|
|
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped. Shipping dates may change due to
|
|
changes in supply.
|
|
|
|
Currently, we only accept bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use
|
|
a wire transfer to pay for your order, please instruct your bank to electronically transfer the total
|
|
dollar amount of your order to:

Delivery & Shipping
|
|
|
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We recommend sending it to an address where
|
|
someone will be present to accept and sign for the package. Please note that there are
|
|
restrictions in some countries which we may be unaware of and customer will be informed via
|
|
email should there be a restriction placed on his/her order.
|
|
|
|
Please ensure to provide complete information for your preferred shipping address with a
|
|
number. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect or non-existent
|
|
address, and wherein the customer cannot be contacted for verification.
|
|
|
|
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the item/s, and where the order is to be sent. All prices
|
|
quoted are in US dollars ONLY. Any import duties, taxes and charges levied by the country of
|
|
delivery must be paid for by the customer.
|
|
|
|
Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification
|
|
email with carrier and tracking information. At this stage, we are unable to change the shipping
|
|
address.
|
|
|
|
When ordering internationally, please be patient for the arrival of your order. There are many
|
|
delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language
|
|
barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. Please be understanding of this
|
|
complex operation and allow a maximum of 30 business days for your shipment to arrive.
|
|
|
|
Cancellations
|
|
|
|
For order cancellations, we require notice BEFORE the order is shipped. Once your item has prepared for shipment, we are unable to cancel it anymore.
|
|
|
|
Returns
|
|
|
|
In the case of a defective product, please contact us at vstudios@the-v.net for information on
|
|
obtaining a replacement item. A defective or damaged title can only be replaced by the same
|
|
item. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
|
|
Valid Reasons for Return of DVDs or Audio CDs:
|
|
|
|
1)
Product faulty
– Please use this for all of the following reasons:
|
|
• Disc will not load
|
|
• Disc freezes and/or displays graphics glitches
|
|
• Audio out of synch
|
|
• No Sound
|
|
• Disc marked or cracked upon opening
|
|
• Other reasons ie. menu doesn’t work, wrong movie on disc, etc.
|
|
|
|
Before contacting us with a disc fault, please try checking the disc in at least 1 other
|
|
different model DVD player. Please specify how many players you have tested the disc
|
|
in.
|
|
|
|
Important Note: All our DVDs (unless stated otherwise) are PAL formatted (as opposed to
|
|
NTSC). PAL DVDs will not work on NTSC televisions unless they can also display PAL.
|
|
Most modern televisions support both PAL & NTSC, however it is the customer’s
|
|
responsibility to check that their entertainment system supports playing PAL formatted
|
|
DVDs. We reserve the right NOT to accept returns for DVDs purchased that are
|
|
incompatible with customer’s entertainment system where the correct information is listed
|
|
on our site.
|
|
|
|
Also to aid in the speed of your return, please ensure you include the exact nature of the
|
|
fault and where it occurs on the disc. Example: Disc freezes at 1 hour, 34 minutes and 20
|
|
seconds into the movie.
|
|
|
|
2)
Product not as advertised
|
|
ie. If you receive a DVD that does not match the description listed on our site, please
|
|
contact us with the differences. Differences include (but are not limited to);
|
|
• Subtitles – eg. Website states English & Farsi but only has English
|
|
• Synopsis – eg. Website synopsis does not match cover of the DVD (ie. different title)
|
|
|
|
3)
Incorrect Product inside Package
|
|
ie. If you receive an incorrect title or disc inside your DVD jacket, we will send out the
|
|
correct title and ask that the incorrect product be returned.
|
|
|
|
All returns must be approved by VStore before being sent back. Any returns that are
|
|
received without approval may be sent back to the customer (if the return reason is
|
|
unacceptable) or the corrective action may be delayed. All returns are solely up to the
|
|
discretion of VStore.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Others:
|
|
|
|
• We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to cancel any
|
|
order placed if there was a typographical error on the website concerning the
|
|
or availability of any item you ordered.
|
|
|
|
• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the website at any
|
|
time.
|
|
|
|
• We may make changes to any products or services offered on the website, or to the
|
|
applicable prices for any such products or services at any time, without notice. The
|
|
information provided with respect to products and services may be out of date, and
|
|
we make no commitment to update the information provided with respect to such
|
|
products and services.
